Why Buy?

Why buy the nDAC software? If the answer is not already obvious to you, here are some arguments.

1. Updated Chart Material - Instantaneously
No other flightsim data provider offers updated charts on a continuous revision cycle for download the way Navigraph does. Every three months we offer a complete revision of the over 20,000 airport charts. And since March 2007 we also include worldwide high/low altitude enroute charts!

If you, in the middle of the night (or in another time zone), should find yourself in the need of expanding your chart coverage, just swipe your card at in our secure web interface, charge your account with credits and download the charts you need. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year new charts are available to you.

2. Clear Charts
Customers often tell us how they appreciate the clear and crisp design of the charts. The reason for this is because our data provider taps all the air services around the world for information, filter out the most important things, and finally redraw a clean, yet detailed chart. Every chart is vectorized which saves you disk space, but allows for printing in any size. Scanned, grainy, misaligned AIP charts is something of the past.

3. Sorted Charts in an Intuitive Interface
Why scurry around the Internet for fragmented information when you can have it all neatly bundled in the nDAC software? We've spent months perfecting the interface to make it as easy as possible. Airport charts sort according to country, airport and geographic region and of course there is bookmarking, a history of recently viewed charts and powerful filter and search engines to go with it. One search engine can even look for alternate airports within a given radius from a specific airport! If you need a runway of specific length there are search engines for that too! Oh, and did we mention that you can create and save routes with departure, arrival and a number of alternates readily available? Just import your Microsoft ® Flight Simulator flight plan and you are good to go. Can it be any easier?

4. Large and Ever-expanding Coverage
Contrary to many other providers, we have a stronger emphasis on Europe. Most commercial European airfields beyond 2 200 meters intended for larger aircraft are found in nDAC. See for yourself.

Since our first revision we have increased the total amount of charts with 30 % and we are expecting an even greater increase in the future. See stats.

5. Complete Airport Information
Our product comes with complete airport information. This means that in addition to the charts you will find textual information on airport long/lat, runways lengths, surface, available fuel, rescue category and serving city. The only thing we felt necessary to leave out was the telephone number to the custom's office. ;-)

If this is not sufficient you are free to add you own notes. Yes, for each chart you may add your own comments if you find that we have missed out on any information. With the easy to use time stamping function you can even keep logs on how you progress on your landing skills.

6. Support
There are extensive logging functions in the nDAC software. If you experience any problems, just save your log as a text file and email it to us.

Should you need support we have prepared a Knowledge Base for you. There is also a FAQ of the questions we have received during the first couple of months. Service Packs are released to correct for minor updates and brush-ups.

If there is no other way and your flying has come to a complete grounded standstill, we have a technical support team ready for you. Response time has so far been on average below 24 hours and that is how we intend to keep it. Use the dedicated contact form to file an errand.

7. Dedication
But don't take our word for it. Ask around. See the reviews. Join some of the Virtual Airlines that have adopted our products to see for your self. We are simply dedicated to give you a great product and the best of service because, after all it may be Simulated Flight, but it sure is Real Navigation. Welcome to Navigraph.
